We often have sales that include a promotional code. Using it is simple. After you have added your item into your shipping cart, enter your promotional code at the bottom of the page in your shopping cart, and click 'Apply.' This will apply your promotional discount to all applicable items within your shopping cart.

AffordableLamps.com is proud to offer a 125% price match guarantee. If you find the same product offered elsewhere for a lesser amount simply submit a request via telephone or email at info@1800mylamps.net and we will match the price plus 25% of the difference of the competitors price. This also includes any competitor discounts or coupons. This promo does not apply to Hubbardton Forge and Minka Group orders and is subject to verification and manager approval

We will replace or repair lamp and lighting items within 2 years from the date of purchase. Offer only applies to manufacturer defects and not from misuse, alterations, abnormal weather conditions, and circumstances beyond our control.

If you ordered online and the order has not shipped, the quickest way to cancel is to send us an e-mail at info@1800mylamps.net and follow it up with a phone call. Cancellation requests must be placed in writing. Custom orders cannot be canceled once the order has been approved.

Shipping is free for orders over $49 in the lower 48 states and $9.99 for shipping on orders of $49 and less in the lower 48 states. Shipping on Cyber Tech, Elco, and Nora Lighting orders under $100 is $19.99. Please call for shipping quotes to Canada, Hawaii ,Alaska Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Most Items ship within 5 - 7 days from the date of purchase via UPS or FedEx unless indicated otherwise. If you are interested in an expedited shipping service such as 2nd Day, 3-Day, or Next Day Air please contact us. Arroyo Craftsman and some Hubbardton Forge items are made to order, and take a longer time to ship.

International Shipping Powered by FedEx Cross Border
We have partnered with FedEx Cross-border to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Fedx Cross-border Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to FedEx Cross-border Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
